He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edson Lakin and Maude Lakin; his children, John Lakin, Jr., Allyson Rock and Kim Lakin-Tomminello; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Rock, Lillian Lakin and Dante Lakin. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
