He is survived by: his wife Katherine Blanchard Fowler; his brother Mahlon Welch (Meadow) of Gorham; his children, Dennis Fowler (Fatima Lima) of Mt. Vernon and Stephanie Enaire (Marc) of Cumberland; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Trouant (Peter) of Meddybemps; his grandchildren, Seth and Eliana Enaire; and his cousin Alaire Pike Palmer of Cornish.
