He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvio Chouinard and Lucille Martel Chouinard; and his sisters, Noella Vire and Madeleine Grover. He is survived by: his siblings, Lilian Sweetster of Clear Water, Florida, Paulette Provencal (Ronald) of Kittery, Maine, Andre Chouinard (Gail) of Montreal, Canada and Yvette Chouinard; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Vire and Albert Grover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
