It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgette M. Hamel of Biddeford, Maine, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philleron Descoteaux and Corrine Descoteaux (Thibeault); her husband William Urbain Hamel; and her grandson Timothy Locke. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Hamel (Donna), Judy A. Gonneville (Andy), Cathy Dubois (Roland) and Denise Caouette; and her grandchildren, Tina, Scott, Billy, Joey, Kelly, David, Chrissy and Michael. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, several nieces and nephews.
