He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Foss and Rebecca Kimball Foss; his wife Laura Poole Foss of Biddeford; his children, Christopher Foss, Jared Poole and Karlee Foss; his siblings, Brad Foss, Lisa Foss and Elodie Hudson; his granddaughter Grace; and his nephews, Brian and Hunter Smith.
