He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Corthell and Lucille Corthell (DeLesDernier); his brother Larry Corthell; his wife Jacqueline Melancon Critchley; his children, Jessica Cormier (Edward), Jaime Critchley, Christopher Corthell, Tracy Corthell and Robert Corthell; and his sister Susan Saunders. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
