She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mantis and Vasiliki Mantis (Giannaros); and her siblings, Mike, Peter, Alex, Charlie, Cleo Mantis and Helen Paras.

She is survived by: her son Harry Spiliopoulos; her daughter-in-law Karen Spiliopoulos; her grandchildren, Arianna Spiliopoulos (Daniel Waitt), Lauren Hazekamp and Alexander Spiliopoulos; her great grandchildren, Welsley, Brodie and Monroe Hazekamp; and her nieces and nephews, Steven (Darlene Mantis), Valerie (Jay O'Donnell), Andrew (Elizabeth Mantis) and Florence (Kerry Harrison). She is also survived by seven siblings.

A pandemic could not even stop her stalwart commitment to relishing all that our one life offers.
