She is survived by: her husband Hector Bournival, Jr.; her sons, Glenn Dupuis (Nikki Daicy) and Tom Dupuis (Denise); her brother Tom Perkins (Gail); and her grandchildren, Devyn, Danielle, Jordan Katie, Isaac and Jase. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
