She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Jake" and Arlene Alden (Wall); her parents-in-law, Gerald and Nancy Carter; her sister Lena Dudley; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Alden and Dale Carter.
She is survived by: her former spouse Chris Carter; her husband Christopher Carter; her daughter Megan Sayer (Ryan); her granddaughter Averly "Ava" Sayer of Biddeford; her siblings, Patty Smith (David) of Marionette, WI, Philip Alden (Terry) of Portland and Wayne Alden of Cushing; and her siblings-in-law, Cathy Rayner (Steven) of Rockland, Ray Carter (Sue) of Calais and Michelle. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
