She was predeceased by: her parents, George Simard and Lorraine Simard (Soucy). She is survived by: her husband Michael Coomes; her son James Coomes (Kristina); her brother-in-law Doug Coomes; her sister Sharon Ballenger; her niece Tracy Ballenger; her nephew Troy Ballenger; and her great-nieces, Samantha and Sara Ballenger.
