He is survived by: his mother Irene Levesque; his wife Christina Levesque (Adams); his children, Shawn Levesque, Joseph Levesque and Jessica Levesque; his siblings, Gary Levesque (Christine) and Beverly Levesque (Jean Guy Paquette); and his stepchildren, Anne Perkins, Stacy Perkins, Amy Perkins, David Perkins Jr. and Maranda Perkins. He is also survived by 17 step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
