He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Guay and Yvonne Guay; his wife Jean Guay; his stepdaughter Jennifer Tilton; and his siblings, Gerald Guay and Jacqueline Boucher.
He is survived by: his son Chad Guay of Biddeford; his stepson Joseph Tilton of Biddeford; his grandchildren, Gage, Darryn, Brady and Jonathan; and his sisters, Carmen Dube, Anita Langevin, Claire Dubois, Reinette Labbe and Nancy Brouillard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
