He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Vicky; and his stepfather James Russell Baize of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Renee Beam; his children, Deborah Huff, Katelyn Beam and David Beam; his brothers, James Russell Baize, George Beam and Billy Baize; his father David Beam Sr.; his stepmother Theresa Beam; and his grandsons, Liam and Elijah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
