He is survived by: his parents, George Ruel and Paulette Ruel; his wife Ann Dufour; his children, Dylan Ruel (Brea) of Biddeford and Ashlin Ruel (Curtis Bertrand) of Saco; his siblings, Roger Ruel (Charlene) of Biddeford and Karen Ruel (Al Lebreux) of Biddeford; and his pet Macy. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hope Memorial Chapel (480 Elm St, Biddeford, ME 04005). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
