He was predeceased by: his sister Carole Valliere (Briggs) of Portland, ME.. He is survived by: his parents, Erlon Briggs and Melvena Briggs (Tourigny); his wife Patricia "Patti" (Coville); his grandchildren, Ashley Briggs, Joshua Briggs (Scarborough), Corey, Andre and Alexandra Hart (Saco); and his sisters, Sandra Plummer (Briggs) and Linda Fallona (Briggs).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to honor David's wishes with a donation to either Shriners Hospital and/or St. Jude's Hospital.
