He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel G. Picard and Florence Corbeil Picard (Corbeil). He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne Picard of Dayton and Joseph L. Picard Sr. (Lisa) of Biddeford; his niece Marie Lamontagne (Leo Lamontagne) of Clearwater Florida; his nephews, Richard J. Picard (Carol Palmer) of Dayton and Thomas J. Picard of Biddeford; his great-nephew Michael Palmer of Dayton; and his great-niece Samantha Picard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
