She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clement Deschambault and Henriette Deschambault (Palardis); her husband Arthur; her sister Carmen Lally; her children, Donna L. Martel (Keith Davis), Dale Dow (Rodney), Donald Hussey (Trish) and Peter Hussey (Tami); her grandchildren, Matthew Martel (Jennifer), Benjamin Dow (Amber), Bethany Thayer (Merle), Ian Michaud (Victoria), Reegan Hussey and Cole Hussey (Davan); her great grandchildren, Cali, Camden, Brooke, Noble, Ryder, Zeb, Lily and Hunter; and her sisters, Lucille Robinson and Violet Hussey. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Being the daughter of the Mayor of Biddeford, she enjoyed dressing up in gowns and attending all the local events such as dances and charity balls.
