She was predeceased by: her father Richard Adams; and her husband Donald J. Levesque. She is survived by: her mother Madelaine Adams; her children, Anne M. Slade (Mike) of Westbrook, Stacy Perkins (Thomas Hart), Amy Perkins (Vinnie Kean), David Perkins Jr. (Leah) and Maranda Perkins (Shawn); and her brother Richard Adams Jr. (George Gagne) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
