She was predeceased by: her husband Bruno; and her children, Diane Nolette and Richard Nolette. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Marie and Odila Ste Marie (Menard); and her children, Paul Nolette and Rachel Nolette.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to assist with Cecile's funeral expense.
