He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac Hussey and Edith Rumery Hussey; his wife Violette Dechambault Hussey of Biddeford; his siblings, Philip Hussey (Linda) of Biddeford, Richard Hussey of Lyman, Roy Hussey (Lorraine) of Biddeford, Kenneth Hussey (Sandra) of Biddeford, Laura Randall of Kennebunk, Lois Stillings of Berwick and Mary Ann Anderson; and his grandsons, Isaac, Jacob, Lucas and Caleb. He was also cherished by 13 children.
