He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Small and Julie Small (Corbeil); his children, Joe Small of Kennebunk, Chris Small of Biddeford and Kate Hickey; and his sister Barbara Prunty. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.
