She was predeceased by: her daughter Rebecca Collins; her parent Barbara Lizotte; and her sister Lisa Lizotte. She is survived by: her children, Jessica, Melissa Collins, Adam Collins (Dale) and Allen Shauver; and her siblings, Brenda Turnage, Scott and Richard Collins. She is also survived by 3 nieces, 2, nephews, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
