He is survived by: his mother Yvette Tremblay (Goulet); his grandmother Doris Goulet; his brother Matt Tremblay (Eliza); his nephews, Koby and Graham; his aunts and uncles, Michael Tremblay, Guy Tremblay (Maureen), Aline Jacques (Deacon Kevin) and Madeleine Goulet (Sonja Johnson); and his cousins, Joshua Jacques (Kylie) and Captain Zachariah Jacques (Katarina).
