She is survived by: her parents, James Chadbourne (Kristie Mapes) of Wells and Dianne Smallidge (Charles Caramihalis) of York; her brother Alexander Chadbourne of York; and her grandmother Barbara Smallidge of Concord, NH. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
