He was predeceased by: his brother George Palmer; and his niece Brenda Goodrich. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Palmer and Georgiana Palmer (Provost); his wife Marie E. Palmer (Crocetti) of Lyman; and his siblings, William Palmer (Priscilla) of Biddeford and Linda Silva.
