We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023, at the age of 80, Margaret K. Wight (Bethel, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kubach and Helen Kubach (Mochrie). She is survived by: her husband Steve (Steve); her children, Keith (Cindi), Eric Boyle-Wight (Patricia) and Sara (Michael Valentine); and her grandchildren, Josh, Molly, Emily, Carla and Gaelan.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation in Peggy's memory to the West Parish Congregational Church in Bethel, where she was a leader in faith and embraced all.

“So sorry to hear that my childhood friend passed! We were born two manths apart in the same hospital. We became friends in Franklin Square and remained friends until we both moved to other homes. Mr. and Mrs. Kubach were friends with my mom and dad and remained in touch until they died. So many memories. I remained friends on Facebook with Margaret (always Margaret to me) and when I didn't receive a Christmas card and update on her family, I wondered why. So sad to hear that she had passed”
