He is survived by: his sister Donna Rice-Howe of Waterford; his wife Sandra Rice of Guilford, CT; and his children, Justin Rice (Susanne Bailey-Rice), Rachel Welch Deep (Patrick Welch) and Sarah D'Amico (Anthony D'Amico).
