She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cavanagh and Margery Cavanagh; and her sister Eliza Praetorius. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Muenchow; her grandchildren, Grace, Sam, Wyatt, Everett and Sawyer; and her brothers, George of Scituate, Bill of Cherry Valley, Nick of Pensacola, Charles of Bethel and Tom of Lagos. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Deirdre asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Mahoosuc Land Trust whose trails she wandered and loved ever since moving to western Maine.
