He was predeceased by: his father Carleton Collins. He is survived by: his mother Martha Collins (Bell) of Berwick; his siblings, Timothy Collins (Kelly) of Acton and Maureen Collins of Berwick; his nephew Calvin Collins of Acton; his nieces, Marlena Shultz of Farmington and Nicole Harding of Sanford; and his cousin Todd Fortier of Berwick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
