He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Silvestre and Calogera Silvestre (Cagnina); his daughter Lorna Brown; and his siblings, Frank, Joseph Silvestre and Philomena Tolley.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Silvestre; his daughter Letitia Cauchon (Darryl) of Somersworth, NH; his son-in-law Jim Brown of Rochester, NH; his granddaughter Emily Cauchon; and his sister Ann Sullivan of Strafford, NH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
