He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Philip J. Foster; his sister Julie; his brother-in-law Win; his nephew David; his niece Gail (Norman); his sister-in-law Deborah (Glenn); his son Zachary; his stepsons, Mark and Matt; his children, Emily, Olivia, Katie, Joe and Claire; and also, Lindsay, Susan, Benjamin, Cheri and Carissa.
