He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Donald R. Burgess (Mary Lou) of Kennebunkport and Wendy Witham (David) of Somersworth, NH; his grandchildren, Jacob, Sydney, Nick, Tim Burgess and Kaleb Witham; and also Michael Burgess (Jennifer) of North Berwick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
