He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Albert and Terese Albert (Brennan). He is survived by: his wife Janie Albert (Brawn) of Benedicta; his children, Tracey Albert (Clint Guiggey) and Ryan (Lavender) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew (Alyssa Birmingham), Michelle Birmingham (Brandon Drew), Charlotte and Artemis Albert; his great grandchild Wade Birmingham; and his siblings, Bonnie (Terry Stratton), Donnie (Kathie Albert), Timmy Albert of Palestine, TX, Sally (Steve Bray), Cindy Simons of Tow, TX, Nancy (John Rogel) and Ginny McCarthy (Ray Luna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
