He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Chester Mitchell and Ethel Mitchell; and his sister Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Dawne-Marie (Chuck), Timothy (Kathy) and Andrew (Becky). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
