She was predeceased by: her parents, Emelia Gagnon and Ernest Gagnon; her husband Perham L. Fotter; her sons, Phillip E. Fotter and Gerald L. Fotter; and her siblings, Martha Pelham, Edwina Bolduc, Eva Hubert, Pearl Frost, Ernestine Parisi and Edward Gagnon.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Danielle and Joseph Fotter; her friend Amy Calder; her son Bruce Fotter (Betty) of Warsaw, IN; her daughter-in-law Rose Marie Fotter of Belgrade Lakes; and her sons, Stephen Fotter (Linda) of Benton, Peter Fotter (Tammy) of Rome and James Fotter (Karen) of Gray. She is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
