He is survived by: his wife Margarete Dobbins Garnett; his children, Joyce Pittman (Robert), Jane McGray (Dean), Joline Bowers (Mitchell), Glenn Garnett (Vicki) and Julia Crowley (Floyd); his grandchildren, Nicki, Anita, Danielle, Ryan, Corey, Saydee, William, Kacey and Kristin; his great grandchildren, Kai, Alyssa, Conner, Lauren, Willow, Naomi, Wesley, Brooklyn, Hunter, Easton, Jaren and Rosie; and his brothers, Robert, Neil and Clarence Jr..
