She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Chad (Niki) and Ryan (Brooke); her grandchildren, Mia, Thatcher, Jedsen and Archer; her brother Michael (Ellie); her brother-in-law Dr. Jeffery Dutch; and her friend Shelly Gilpatrick.
