He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vint Ward and Mary Eleanor Ward (Lenfest); his son Tyson William Ward; his siblings, Charles Ward, Laurine Clark and Andrea Johnston; and his grandson Timothy Craig Ward Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Tim; his children, Brianna Ward (Allan), Karen Ward, April Plancchetti, Dusty Ward (Kim) and Timothy Craig Ward Sr. (Brenda); his sisters, Anita Findlen, Linda Roberts (James) and Kathleen Bucklin (James); and his grandchildren, Pyper, Melissa, Elizabeth (Mike), Marc (Tracey), Megan, Morgan (Jeremy), Michael, Jacki and Cheyenne. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
