He is survived by: his father Lester Lichtenwalter; his wife Karen Lichtenwalter (Crosby); his children, Bob Lichtenwalter (Tawnya) and Brenda Nichols (Christine); his sisters, Betty Werner and Carol Kish (Lou); his sisters-in-law, Amy Crosby, Wendy Emmons and Marilyn Crosby; and his granddaughters, Emily and Kate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
