It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Epple (Belfast, Maine), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Epple and Robert Epple; his sister Carla Wallace; his aunt Barbara Bessom; and his close friend Stevie Ward.
He is survived by: his friends, Dave Garland, Steve Roehrig and Gerstenslager; his wife Carolyn Mitchell; his stepchildren, Michael Gullicksen (Charlotte) of Canton, GA and Tracey Mitchell of South Yarmouth; his grandsons, Michael James Gullicksen (Sharayah) and David Gullicksen (Igne); his great grandchild Clark; his nieces, Ashley, Kaitlin and Jessica; and his close friend Bob Bresnahan.
