He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence 'Jody Betts; and his grandparents, Virgie, Chet Betts, Agnus, Luther Beck and Charles Brickei.

He is survived by: his wife Crystal Betts; his children, Hailey Betts, Justice Betts and Jaelon Keene; his stepchildren, Kylie Wing and Dakota Wing; and his sisters, Susan Betts, Daryl Keezer and Leona Clark.
