He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Littlefield and Gertrude Littlefield; and his siblings, Wilbur, Elizabeth "Betty" and Donna Littlefield (Carol).

He is survived by: his son Russ Littlefield; his daughter-in-law Dana Lundell; his daughter Diane Anderson; his son-in-law Mark; and his granddaughters, Carolyn Anderson (Bryer Gallagher) and Andi Anderson (Dylan Brooks). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
