He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kent Jr. and Nina (Bailey); and his adoptive son Scott Horne. He is survived by: his wife JoAnna (Mosher); his sons, Jonathan Daniel (Sara) and Matthew Ryan (Jennifer); and his siblings, David Allen (Phyllis), Eleanor Mae Peavey (Clair Culver) and Ruth Ann Doucette (David) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Waterville Elks Lodge #905.
