He was predeceased by: his grandfather William Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Kirby (York) of Montville; his pet Chance; his parents, Susan Faulkingham (Nick) of Waldo and Jody Nadeau of Belmont; his sister Ayla Dyer (Ben); his nieces and nephews, Skyla and Mason; his brother Dylan Bucklin of Morrill; his stepsiblings, Audra, Jackson and Connor Faulkingham; his grandmother Mary Waite (Gordon) of Camden; his parents-in-law, John and Karen York of Montville; his sister-in-law Sharon York (Tom) of Pennslyvania; his niece Jordyn; his brother-in-law Michael York (Kelly) of New York; his nephew Nicholas (Matthew York); his aunt Robin Desmond (Tom); his cousin Derilyn Gregory (Shawn); his uncles, Bill Kirby (Lori Ann) and Norman Kirby (April); his aunt Sharon Magno; and his cousins, Dan and Dominic.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks anyone who wishes to, may make memorial contributions in his memory to an Addiction Recovery Program of their choice.
