Tuplin (Belfast, Maine), born in Camden, Maine, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Malcolm Plummer Libby; and her siblings, David Libby and Sylvia Soucier. She is survived by: her mother Estelle Nettie Libby (Beverage); her brothers, Barry Libby (Pam) of Union, Alan Libby of Union, Dennis (Tonia) and Doug (Faith); and her siblings-in-law, Debbie of Liberty and Gillman of Rockville, CT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
