She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles White Hornsby and Gertrude Elizabeth Hornsby (Pearce). She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Christopher Lee Smith of Waltham and Jessica Elizabeth Smith (Ken) of Green Lake, Wisconsin; her brothers, Charles White Hornsby, Jr. (Gail) of Santa Fe and Douglas Lee Hornsby (Betsy) of Williamsburg, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Clyde Smith (Nico), Matteo Robert Smith (Teo) and Elenora Catherine Smith (Nora) of Waltham, Massachusetts.
