Mooers; his stepson Oscar Manson (JR); his siblings-in-law, Michael Mooers, Holly Mooers and Raymond M. Labbe, Sr.; his nieces, Tina M. Mooers and Christina M. Labbe; his nephew James L. Mooers; and also Rondal Bailey, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kathaleen Mooers Bailey; his stepdaughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Dalton, Dillon, Steven, Dustin, Brittany and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Duncan, Emma, Justin, Bella, Nayla and Desmond; his siblings, Steven Bailey (Sharon), Connie Frazier, Beverly Naron (Mark), Deborah Jackson (John), William Bailey, Eva Bailey, Clarkson Bailey, Jeff Bailey (Julie) and Donald; his sister-in-law Nola Bailey; his mother-in-law Vivian Wixom (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Mooers (Vicky), James Mooers (Hong), Steven Mooers (Robin), Patricia Labbe (Mark Cormier) and Susan Wixom. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
