He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Milliken (Heal); his grandmother Rita; and his uncle David Heal. He is survived by: his wife Janice Crawford of Lisbon Falls; his son Scott Milliken (Emily Shores) of Biddeford; his siblings, Todd Milliken (Amy) of Brooks, Heidi Gamage (Richard) of Rockland, Wendi Howard of Georgia and Laurie Beylerian of Calais; and his granddaughters, Natalie and Chloe of Biddeford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in the memory of Bari Milliken or the Midcoast Humane Animal Shelter, Brunswick, Maine.
