He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Gould Lufkin; his children, Stephanie, Suzanne, Elissa and Kim David (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Rita Weiss), Spencer (Kristine Weiss), Lincoln Weiss, James (Maria Gross), David (Jenna Gross), Andrew Lufkin, Aislinn Forbes, Duncan Forbes and Josie Forbes; and his great grandchildren, Nora Weiss and Deihunna Gross.
