He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson Gilliam Sr. and Roberta Frances Doughty; and his siblings, Willis Gilliam and Cindy Brown. He is survived by: his wife Wanita Gilliam; his daughter Robin (William) of Silver Springs, Fla; and his stepsons, Heath of Richmond, Steven of Bradford, NH, Tristan (Ashlea) of Tennessee, Nickolas of Bath and Cecil Jr. (Autumn) of Norway. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
